Returns & Exchanges

All your purchases at Paksha are backed by our 7-day Returns/Exchange policy to make it a worry-free hassle-free shopping experience.

Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is returned in the exact condition that they were received (unworn, with original packaging and tags). THE RETURN WILL BE REJECTED IF ANY OF THE PRODUCT TAGS ARE REMOVED/ALTERED.

All customized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Before you return your Paksha product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made and our return policy.

Most of our products are handcrafted by traditional craftsmen in Kolkata and Jaipur and each product can differ slightly from piece to piece and from the product imagery on the website. There can also be slight variation in the color of the stones.

All our products go through stringent quality control before being shipped and we take every effort to ensure that the order is shipped in a safe and timely manner. Please reach out to our customer care to resolve any issues before you initiate the return/exchange.

STEPS TO MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE

  1. Please initiate the Return/Exchange request within 7 days of delivery of the order by emailing us at care@paksha.com. Please include the product images in your email for us to evaluate and approve your Return/Exchange request. Your request will be rejected if it is initiated after 7 days from the delivery date.
  2. Please include the photographs of the product along with the original product tags and packaging. Our team will evaluate your return request and once approved, expect an email with instructions on how to return the product. Customers in USA will be provided with the return instructions to ship to our USA office and customers in India will be provided with the return instructions to ship to our India workshop.
  3. For an exchange request, our support team will create the exchange order. You should receive the order confirmation and a shipment confirmation once the exchange order is shipped.
  4. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return the product.
  5. In case of returns, the refund is issued to the original method of payment. It can take up to 14 days to see the refund in your bank or credit card statement. We will refund the purchase price of the jewelry, shipping charges and applicable taxes (if any).
